Features

 The entire PCB can be uniformly heated by Far Infrared heater.
 This is the most suitable preheater for lead-free solering.
 Temperature rise characteristics can be adjusted by setting temperature.     
 By changing the position of stay bars, any types/shapes of PCB can be heated.

Usages

1. Preheating PCB having large heat loss patterns and components on it
2. Preheating multiple-layer PCB having through holes on it.
3. Preheating components which detest rapid temperature change
4. Assistance of detaching components while repairing.
5. Preheating PCB before flow/re-flow soldering.
6. Drying of pre-flux applied to the PBC.
